Many Opportunities! 

There are many ways to get involved at Sitka Assembly of God.  We are a community, a family, one body and we welcome the gifts God has placed in you.  Here are a few ways you can get involved: worship team, nursery/ toddler church, church maintenance projects, driving the bus for events, kids church helper, prayer team, youth group, Power Company, helping host and organize baby showers/ bridal showers, decorating for events (Power Company) and leading small groups or Bible studies.  There are many different areas to volunteer in and one that will fit your individual talents.

Below are areas we have current need in:

Transportation Maintenance Coordinator

The Transportation Maintenance Coordinator shall be responsible for:

1. Schedule regular maintenance– oil change, tires, ect. & repairs when necessary.  Keep licenses, registration and insurance information current on vehicles.  Insuring fire extinguishers, and other equipment are updated and in working condition.

2. Schedule volunteers to help maintain clean vehicles.

Nursery Coordinator

The Nursery Coordinator shall be responsible for:

1.  Scheduling volunteers for the Nursery and Toddler Church.

2. Help with the general up keep of the rooms- checking that toys are age approperate, clean, and are in good condition.
